Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by Technical Program Committee members and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the conference.

Top ranked reviewed papers (around 25) will be published directly by the Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience (CCPE, SCI indexed) and Journal of Supercomputing (SCI indexed).
Each submission must be in prepared with the format and paper length
of Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience (CCPE), or
